Service Description
The AHA’s BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED. The AHA’s BLS Course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings. You can purchase the BLS Provider Manual from Emergency Medical Educators (see below) or AHA's Shop CPR website. The last day to order the BLS Provider manual is Thursday February 6, 2025. The last day to order the BLS Provider Manual eBook is Wednesday February 19, 2025. The BLS Provider Manual and eBook are non-refundable. If you are absent from the class you will still receive your provider manual or eBook.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds or credits will be issued for incomplete coursework, failures, no-shows or absences. Student must give a 24 hour notice of cancellation of all courses. Books, eBooks and online courses that have been activated are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued minus any items purchased that are non-refundable. Online courses are valid for 6 months once completed. If offered, participants may reschedule to another class.
